How does iFlyChat Translation work?
Language in chat is decided by the language of webpage on which chat is present. You do not need to make any configuration in iFlyChat for this, as long as language for your webpage on your website is defined. If language is not defined then chat will default to English (US) language.
Does it support Multi-Lingual websites?
Yes, iFlyChat is compatible with multi-lingual websites as well. If language of different pages is different, then chat will pick up the correct language accordingly.
What if my language is not supported by iFlyChat?
If your language is not supported then chat will default to English (US). You can contact us and with your help we can make iFlyChat available in your language.
