Plugin installed, I have paid for a premium account and it would not work. I requested a new API key to see if that would work but it did not as well. It's now not working on my site and I do not see a status on whether it's premium, etc. I need to get this resolved please.

Chat was working for a bit and has now disappeared from my site. Disapeared shortly after I purchased a plan.
