After generating the API key, entering it into the box on the setup, it gives me the error message: Unable to connect to iFlyChat server. Error code - http_request_failed. Error message - couldn't connect to host. I am on Wordpress and have followed all of the intallation steps, but still I receive this error.

Error connecting
This means that your website server is unable to communicate to our chat cloud network. Are you testing on localhost? Please contact us via live chat and we will help you resolve it.
